Here are details of what I'm currently doing (updated 25/09/22).

I teach 3 in person group classes:-

  • 0n Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in St Saviour's Church Hall, Grand Drive, Raynes Park, SW20 9DL

  • on Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in St James Church Hall, Martin Way, Wimbledon Chase/Merton Park, SM4 4AR

  • on Saturday mornings at 8:45 a.m. in St Saviour's Church Hall.

I'm teaching private lessons indoors and outdoors. Please click here for details.


I'd love to run some workshops at a weekend (not all on the same weekend!). The workshops will delve deeper into the poses than we have time for in a group class and I will be able to give more individual instruction.

  • A headstand workshop.

  • A hand balance workshop, working towards crow pose. If you can comfortably hold crow, I will introduce you to other hand balance poses.

  • A backbending workshop, working towards wheel pose (or assisted wheel).

  • Yin yoga followed by an introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga, practising some pranayama (breathing control and exercises - the 4th limb) and dhyana (meditation - the 7th limb).

HELPFUL TIPS
